Registration > Registration InformationThe deadline for registration is November 10, 2022. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner. Early bird fee (Payment up to Monday 31 October 2022)
Full fee (Payment received after Monday 31 October 2022)
The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for the person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register for the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION and then pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Should you have any technical issues, please reach Ms. Thuy DAO at ipag.lab@ipag.fr.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket allowing you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "PFMC2022-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to Ms. Thuy DAO at ipag.lab@ipag.fr. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline (10 November 2022). No refunds are available on or after that date. |
